Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. How do I contact Online Sales? Call us at 866-359-2489 ext. 215 or 211. You can also email us at cs@enjoythecity.com.

  2. Do you have locations where the books can be picked up? Pick-ups may be allowed at our corporate headquarters located at 111 Applegate Court Pelham, Alabama 35124. Bring your order confirmation or voucher. Call to make arrangements prior to dropping by.

  3. How long will it take to receive my order?  Books should arrive in 10 - 14 business days where inventory allows.  Note: the lead time during online promotions may vary.  In the event we are running a popular promotion, it could take 2 to 4 weeks (or longer if the books have to be reprinted).

  4. How does it work if the email says I get a free item? No redemption process is required for free items offered by Enjoy the City for orders that qualify. Our Online Sales Team knows the daily promotions and will provide the information internally for the free item to be shipped to the customer.

  5. Is shipping free? The shipping and handling charge is $6.95. Shipping is free only if it is offered with an online promotion code. 

  6. How do I know if my order was received? Orders that are submitted successfully on our website will receive a confirmation e-mail from Enjoy the City with the following subject: Enjoy the City, Inc. Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation. The confirmation will reflect the billing and shipping information, order summary (item, description, quantity, unit price, and item total), Total Amount Charged, and summary of payment.

  7. If I have a question about my order, what do I do? Contact Online Sales Customer Service at 866-359-2489 ext. 215 with your first and last name, email address, what and when you ordered. As we are checking internal systems for your order, the invoice number or transaction number are not necessary at this time concerning orders with Enjoy the City directly. If you are calling about a Living Social voucher or other merchant partner, please have your voucher number available.

  8. Can I combine offers or deals? No, offers or deals cannot be combined.

  9. Where do I enter the promo code?  From the silver bar, select "Help with Ordering Online" then review the Online Sales Tip "How to Order Books Using a Promo Code". The promo code is added at the basket.  There are also instructions at the basket (Steps to Apply the Code) to assist.

  10. How do I redeem the voucher for your books that I purchased from Living Social? Go to www.ETCLS.com. Enter your voucher# and click submit. Then enter your First and Last Name, shipping address, phone #, and email address. Click Submit.  Follow the same steps for Amazon orders at www.ETCAMAZON.com.

  11. Why is the code not working? It is possible that the code has expired or the spelling of the code is incorrect. Please refer to the email for specific detail concerning the code. Note: codes cannot be re-activated after they have expired.

  12. Why have I not received my order? Address provided may be undeliverable, shipment could be delayed as books had to be reprinted, or the voucher is unredeemed.
